THE ORGANIZATION
PROJECT DIRECTION
CREATIVE AND ART
Develops and present concepts, storyboards, layout options in 3D, make requested changes, send technical specs, receive and check digital files.
CONTENT
Supervise and coordinate storytelling and content, involves and supervise curators and specialist, interface with local curators, supervise content design.
OPERATIONS
Handles all services requested for the event, suppliers, orders, third party vendors, onsite assistance.
ACCOUNTING
Sends all necessary documents to comply with billing procedures (estimates, task orders, scope of work, final accounts, etc.)
GRAPHICS
Develops graphic design, handles and checks all the graphic files and follows the process.
A/V & DIGITAL
Develops all the technologies and applications needed and provides all A/V and digital equipment
LOGISTIC & SET UP
Handles pre-assembly, refurbishing setup and dismantling, and takes care of onsite assistance
